Admin — add an order

For when a customer wants to change/add to their order without re-submitting through the Google Form. Add the item on their behalf — it joins the right kit automatically.

Solo locks at 10 vials. Share lets you pick 1–9 to join an existing kit.
Whatever they go by on Telegram — this appears in the kit's buyer list.

Note for admins: Solo isn't allowed if the open kit already has buyers — switch to Share and join. This page bypasses the customer cart and writes straight to Firestore via the same placeOrder transaction, so it's safe.
